The new Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Gate at KM 42 will be the direct access to AIH. Since the existing toll exit is at KM 47, the new toll exit will shorten the travel distance from Jakarta to AIH.

The new Kertajati International airport has been built in West Java, about 110 km from AIH and can be accessed through Cipali Toll Road. Phase I-II (2016-2025) will be Kertajati Aerocity development and purpose phase (III & IV) after 2025.
